Cold and Flu Season

It is that time of year! It's cold and flu season! Be sure you are taking care of yourself. Many of us do not know the difference between the two. The commom cold usually runs its course and does not require medical attention unless you have a suppressed immune system or something similar. The flu on the other hand should be checked out by a medical professional to prevent any prolonged damage.
